CANCELLATIONS
We require at least 24 hours notice for the cancellation of appointments.
This gives enough time to attempt to fill the vacated time with another person and offers fairness to everyone.
Late cancellations/No shows may be charged a fee to cover the cost of the allocated time being unavailable for other clients.
LATE TO APPOINTMENT
To allow fairness and prevent unnecessarily running late for the next appointment, If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice we will ask to reschedule your booking as we will not be able to complete the full service.
If you are running late please text 0422811674 as soon as possible to let us know.
BOOKINGS .
On the odd occasion, we will adjust booking times to close gaps in our systems to allow more availability and a consistent work flow for our day.
Please always refer to the most recent confirmation email and/or text before your booking, all changes will be notified via text or email of the changes made, if the change does not suit, please email or text us asap so we can adjust any changes.
Each service requires a set amount of time and effort and is charged and scheduled accordingly, please book the correct service.
Incorrectly booked services may be asked to reschedule as a result.
